And I'll tell you what I always tell them. In a word, NO!
The only thing that can make sure you get the pet furniture of your dreams is YOU taking action and doing it.
Sure, the plans will help make sure you build it the right way, that it's stable and that you don't waste time and money on stuff you don't need, etc. But the only thing that will "make sure you get what you want" is for you to take action once you get your plans.
